This role is for a SOX Audit position in the Audit department of an International Insurance company. The position is a great fit for an individual with fluency in Japanese, business level English, and experience in the Insurance industry, particularly with US-SOX or J-SOX.

• Implement and manage SOX procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and report findings.
• Provide support in risk assessment activities.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the development and execution of training programs.
• Report to the senior management about audit operations.
• Develop strategies to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Ensure the company's policies comply with the regulatory environment.

A successful candidate should bring:

• Fluency in Japanese, with business level English skills.

• Familiarity with the insurance industry, including consulting.
• USCPA or CIA certificate holder.
