• インタラクティブなワークショップを主導し、現状分析（As-Is）と新しいプロセスや改善の機会を特定する。
• 既存のプロセスに対して課題を提起し、改善および最適化の機会を特定する。
• 顧客の要件を機能仕様やユースケースに落とし込み、ステークホルダーとの会議を基にフローチャートやドキュメントを作成する。
• 高圧な環境での業務経験があり、複雑なプロジェクトで成功した実績を持つこと。
• ビジネス、技術、プロジェクトに関するプレゼンテーションを準備・実施する。
• トレーニングを提供し、ユーザーマニュアルを作成し、テストプロセスでQAチームをサポートする。
• 必要に応じて、顧客とIBS間の翻訳サポートを行う。
• 顧客からのエスカレーション対応を担当し、リクエストに迅速に応じ、問題を適時に解決する。
• プロジェクト、拡張トラッカー、納品物、スケジュールを管理・監視し、リスクを軽減・管理する。
• 会議の準備・アジェンダ作成、出席、ステークホルダーとの協議に参加する。
• 重要な会議の議事録、アクション項目、決定事項を記録し、フォローアップを行う。

• Chair & Lead interactive workshops to determine the as-is state and opportunities for new and improved processes.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for refinement and optimization.
• Translate Customer requirements into functional specifications and use cases. Prepare flow charts/documentation for processes based on discussions in stakeholder meetings. Proven experience working in a high-pressure environment, having successful track records in complex projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentation on business, technical and project related topics.
• Provide training, author user manuals and support QA team during the testing process.
• Support with translation services between customer and IBS if required.
• Act as escalation point for customer - responsive to request and capable of maintaining a sense of urgency in resolving issues in due time.
• Maintaining and monitoring project, enhancements trackers, deliverables & schedules. Must be able to mitigate and manage risks.
• Organizing, preparing agendas, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important meeting notes, actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings.

• 大学卒業以上（ソフトウェア開発、プロジェクト管理、工業工学、または経営学の学位が望ましい）
• 7年以上の経験（ビジネストランスフォーメーション、チェンジマネジメント、またはプロジェクト管理のいずれか）
• テクノロジーに関する理解が深く、プロジェクトおよびソフトウェア開発の手法や技術に精通していることが望ましい
• ウォーターフォール手法を用いたプロジェクト実装の経験
• 優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキル（英語・日本語ともに流暢であること）
• プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、ワークショップの実施スキル
• 対人スキル、交渉スキル、コンフリクトマネジメント能力
• 論理的思考力、優れた分析力、問題解決能力、細部への注意力
• ユースケース、アクティビティ図、ワークフローなどの各種表記法を用いたモデリング経験
• BRD、SRS、FRS、ギャップ分析などのドキュメント作成の知識
• グローバルな環境での業務経験があり、異文化への理解があること
• 個人でもチームでも効果的に業務を遂行できる能力
• 商業的な洞察力
• Microsoft Officeツール（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Project）のスキル
• モデリングツール（Sparx Enterprise Architect、Draw.IO など）のスキル

• University degree, preferably in software development, project management, industrial engineering or business administration
• At least seven years’ experience gained in Business Transformation and/or Change Management and/or project management role.
• Fluency in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques will be an added advantage
• Experience with project implementations using water fall methodology
• Exceptional verbal, written communication skills – Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Solid presentation, facilitation and workshop skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
• Structural thinking, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills and eye for detail.
• Familiarity in Modeling processes using various notation (Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Work flows). Knowledge on Documentation (BRD/SRS/FRS and Gap Analysis docs)
• Ability to work with global networks, mindful of cultural differences.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commercial acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Proficient in modelling tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, Draw.IO and similar)
