PR/114093 | Manufacturing Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

Our client is world leading's Electronics Manufacturing, we are now looking for potential candidate for;
Position:                 Manufacturing Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)
Location:                 Chonburi
Salary:                     80,000 – 85,000 THB
Responsibilities:
·  Manage and control manufacturing Safety, Quality, Production schedule and productivity to achievement the target.
·  Monitoring and ensure of all employee to maintain of Working Instruction (WI) and company rule.
·  Set-up the daily meeting in shift to shift and section monthly meeting to communication with employees.
·  Attention ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS18000, Risk Assessment, Environment management program (EMP) and other
   program as company requirement.
·  Prepare annual training for up skill knowledge of employees.
·  Coordinate with another section to discussion in case major problem for improvement.
·  (Kaizen) Improvement of Quality & Productivity.          
·  Prepare the budget investment & repairing expense.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years exp from Manufacturing process.
• Able to speak and translate Chinese-Thai. Thai -Chinese
• Knowledge in SPC, SFCS or SAP.
