We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Controller to join our Accounting & Finance department in Tokyo. You will be responsible for preparing Financial and Non-Financial budgets, forecasts, and month-end Management reports for our different divisions.

Description

• Preparing in collaboration with local Management the Financial and Non-Financial budgets for the territory.
• Submitting budgets in line with Corporate and Regional guidelines.
• Forecasting financial outcomes for the territory.
• Responsible for the preparation of month-end Management reports.
• Analysing financial data and identifying trends.
• Assisting in the development of financial plans and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Contributing to the overall success of the Accounting & Finance department.

A successful Business Controller should have:

• A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Management team.
• A proven track record of preparing budgets and forecasts.
• The ability to analyse financial data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in preparing month-end Management reports.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is beneficial.
• Japanese fluency and business English proficiency for internal communication with the oversea HQ.
