• This role requires you to work as a change manager and program manager.
• You will leads change management and delivery of complex transformation programs from beginning to end.

Description

As a change manager

• Develop and implement change management plans for strategic transformation programs.
• Management of change risks and issues.
• Development of change metrics for tracking progress and measuring success.
• Reinforce change to maximise delivery outcomes.
• After program closure, monitor the progress and work with the key stakeholders to ensure that the changes are fully integrated into business processes.
  Enhance the company's change management framework based on feedback and changes in strategic goals.

As a program manager

• Lead the delivery of complex strategic programs from beginning to end.
• Define program objectives, build a program plan, monitor and control against the plan and closing the program.
• Management of business benefits, scope, schedule, cost/resource, risk/issue, quality and communication.

• Business level English and Japanese
• Experience with delivery of successful complex programs as a Change Manager or a Program Manager.
• Good communication skills required for updating and reporting to company executives, and doing effective escalation.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, products, and applications.
