Industry: Mining Services 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and navigate the Indonesian business environment, ensuring compliance with statutory regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all operational employees are trained and certified to perform tasks as per regulations and customer requirements.

• Accountable for the safe operations of equipment and manufacturing plants.

• Maintain high standards for product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.

• Oversee the quality of blasting services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

• Ensure the use of permitted and approved raw materials in manufacturing processes.

• Contribute to business strategy development and translate strategies into specific operational objectives.

• Direct the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in operations management within the mining industry.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements related to mining operations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
