Position: Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement initiatives and projects within the Security Strategy in alignment with the Global Security Team.

• Oversee day-to-day security operations at our Distribution Center, with a focus on occupational health and safety.

• Work closely with our external security company and guards to ensure alignment and effective security measures.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive suite of standards, policies, and procedures to safeguard colleagues, assets, premises, and the supply chain.

• Identify non-compliant behaviors and take appropriate corrective actions.

• Serve as a key contact and support during incidents, and assist with disaster recovery efforts.

• Conduct loss prevention investigations to support on-site profit protection.

• Stay informed on industry best practices and benchmarks, highlighting new risks and initiatives to ensure Pandora remains protected.

• Evaluate the physical security posture and health and safety setup, and develop strategies for targeted improvements.

• Ensure the achievement of policy, objectives, and goals related to quality management, work environment, occupational health and safety management, or other systems such as ISO and OHSAS.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the VP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Perform other tasks as assigned by the VP.

• Strong interpersonal skills and experienced in stakeholder management.

• Good understanding of security standards such as SBD

• Fluent English and a Thai speaker
