PR/115665 | Data Analyst Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis using SQL and Power BI and be able to lead and manage a team of 4-5 members. The role requires proficiency in both Thai and English, as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-5 Data Analysts to ensure high-quality data insights and reporting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Design and develop complex SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Perform DAX and queries and functions in PBI.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in Thai and English to gather requirements, present findings, and support data-driven decisions.
• Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple data projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Strong experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to documenting business needs (modeling, requirement analysis)
