• Site Work: Handle all types of site works related to civil engineering with expertise.
• Drawing Analysis: Check and incorporate all drawings at the site using AutoCAD.
• Bar Bending Schedule: Prepare bar bending schedules as per drawings.
• Quality Control: Ensure all reinforcement works and construction quality comply with IS codes and check cards.
• Survey Understanding: Understand survey drawings and land development plans.
• Measurement and Estimation: Check measurements and prepare accurate estimates.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare daily schedules and OPRs (Operational Progress Reports).
• Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor workers efficiently at the site.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate site issues promptly to reporting seniors.
• Coordination: Coordinate effectively between different agencies.
• Safety Management: Ensure the safety of works at the site.
• Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in managing site works.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD for drawing analysis.
  • Strong understanding of IS codes for construction quality and reinforcement checks.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of safety norms and regulations.
