DESIGN & COST ESTIMATION MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and building of projects including cold rooms and air conditioning/refrigeration facilities. 

• Carry out a variety of computations, including "ventilation calculation" and "air conditioning load calculation," and creates precise drawings. 

• Determine the overall budget using estimating work, and make sure that all design drawings adhere to all applicable safety, regulatory, and industry requirements. 

• Collaborate closely with fellow team members and collaborate while receiving guidance from upper management. 

• Create, evaluate, and offer technological solutions for commercial air conditioning systems. 

• Create project proposals and cost estimates for project management and bidding. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry with design and costestimation.

• Previously worked on projects involving cold rooms and air conditioning/refrigeration facilities will be beneficial if you have project experience in a related field. 

• Strong communication skills.
