Description

• Provide L1 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers and network equipment.
• Manage and update technical documentation, including operation manuals and IT system reports.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation of key business applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external service providers, and directly report to IT teams abroad for issue escalation.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in Programming with Excel (VBA, macros) and automation in Windows and Unix environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Business-level English and Japanese, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
