QUALITY MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preserve and enhance the QMS and associated records. 

• Comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications and recommendations for QMS. 

• Oversee audit frameworks and certification strategies. 

• Manage certification audits and carry out internal audits. 

• Create and maintain a database for audit results and remedial measures. 

• Consolidate different management systems under IMS to increase compliance and efficiency. 

• Preserve and enhance document management and instructional documentation systems. 

• Oversee reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality management. 

• Provide management reviews and reporting assistance to the Senior Director of Quality & Accreditation. 

• Support departments in upholding accurate documentation and high standards. 

• Raise awareness of QMS and certifications across the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience. 

• A solid grasp of certifications and management systems. 

• Many years of quality management experience. 

• It is advantageous to have relevant training or credentials. 

• Fluent in English; being multilingual is advantageous.
