PR/158069 | Senior Supply Chain Manager

The Senior Supply Chain manager is responsible to lead the Site Material Groups (purchasing, planning, inventory control, warehousing & shipping) with effective strategies and best practices 

Job Responsibilities

• Creates material planning models to ensure effective material planning and optimal inventory levels. Uses these models to determine material planning parameters for components.

• Collaborates with customer service to meet delivery commitments and coordinates with subordinates, peer managers, and senior management.

• Works with the purchasing department to expedite problematic parts and reschedule material deliveries to avoid excess inventory.

• Acts as a key liaison between Corporate Business Units and various Site PMC Managers.

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Master in Business Administration or a related discipline with minimum 10 years’ material experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

• Fluent in English, with great communication skills and stakeholder management to deal with stakeholders internationally.

• Experience working with Hong Kong and China counterpart

• Knowledge of PC-based/ mainframe ERP and production control systems.

• SAP experience is preferable

• Experience in the EMS industry is a must
