JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design automation processes tailored to the organization’s operational needs.
2. Update and uphold Developer Standards in line with RPA best practices.

3. Oversee multiple RPA projects, ensuring timely delivery.

4. Manage daily RPA operations, including troubleshooting and related process matters.

5. Document business requirements in BRD or FSD formats.

6. Identify areas for internal process improvement and propose solutions.

7. Lead digital activation projects, assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Preferably, candidates should have 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
2. Should exhibit a positive work attitude.
3. Must be a quick learner and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
4. Attention to detail is essential.
