A key player in the coatings industry is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee all of the sales process and develop sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, provide proposals and quotation

• Provide technical supports, solutions and advice to customers

• Develop customer relationship and continuously looking for business opportunities

• Monitor overall sales activities including forecast, collection, report

• Preparation of timely reports

• Monitor customer's forecast and plan for stock replenish accordingly

• Keep abreast of the market competitor's activities and industries trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy

• Regional sales including Malaysia and Singapore

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences/ Chemical/ Engineering or related 

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, similar industry experience is preferred, e.g. painting, coating, manufacturing

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Travelling required, domestic and oversea
