• Oversee all aspects of the business operations and implement operational improvements to drive greater efficiency.

• Analyse, refine and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain relevant, sustainable, and impactful. 

• Tackle unforeseen challenges with immediate actions and come up with long-term strategies to mitigate future risks.

• Evaluate and monitor financial performance to ensure that operational adjustments and SOP implementations align with and support the company’s financial goals. 

• Make strategic decisions that balance cost-efficiency with operational effectiveness, targeting for overall financial health and growth.
   

Job Requirements:

• MALAYSIAN ONLY.

• Hold a bachelor's degree or above.

• Min 5 years of experience in operational leadership within the retail or service industries, overseeing multiple outlets.

• Strong leadership qualities and decision-making capabilities. 

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, proven by a history of effective operational enhancement. 

• Profound financial insight, adept in budget management, cost efficiency strategies, and financial analysis.
