A prominent medical company is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Medical Sales Specialist to spearhead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities of the Medical Sales Specialist role:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and goals.

• Lead sales programs and create marketing initiatives.

• Manage inventory, budgets, and market visits.

• Represent the company at trade meetings and maintain client relationships.

• Direct market research and evaluates new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.

• Must have at least 5 years of working experience with proven sales track record in Medical industry.

• Experienced in direct sales of medical equipment to government and private hospitals. 

• Strong understanding of the procurement process and excellent relationships with KOL in the government health care sector.

• Can work independently and willing to travel.
