ブリッジエンジニア、BAとして的確なプロジェクト遂行
日本の顧客から要件をヒアリングし、要件定義書を作成する。
ドキュメント作成
インドのエンジニアへの要件・仕様の伝達・指示
インドのエンジニアへの設計・実装・テスト支援
➢ 小規模なプロジェクトであれば、開発工程を全てお任せいただけます。

A team of clients (Japan), offshore engineers (India), and service engineers (Japan)
Execute projects accurately as a bridge engineer and BA
➢ Hearing requirements from clients in Japan and preparing requirements definition
documents
➢ Communicating and instructing engineers in India on requirements and specifications
➢ Design, implementation and testing support for engineers in India
➢ For small-scale projects, we can handle all development processes.

バイリンガル：仕様書や要件定義書を日本語で作成できる。
英語で要件や仕様を指示し、質問に答える能力
日本語 - ネイティブレベル
英語 - ビジネスレベル（TOEIC800レベル）
実務経験 7年以上
➢ プロジェクトマネージャーまたは開発チームリーダー経験3年以上
分野、業界、プログラミング言語不問
新しい分野や技術に積極的に取り組める方
積極的なコミュニケーション能力、要件収集能力
➢ 日本在住（基本リモートワーク、年数回東京本社への出張あり）

モバイルアプリの開発経験（i-OSでもAndroidでも可）
➢ toB、toC両方のアプリケーション開発経験
インドのエンジニアとの業務経験

➢ Bilingual: Ability to write specifications and requirements definitions in Japanese
Ability to instruct requirements and specifications and answer questions in English
Japanese - Native Level
English - Business Level (TOEIC800 Level)
➢ Hands-on More than 7 years of experience
➢ Project Manager or Development Team Leader at least 3 years of experience
➢ Regardless of field, industry, or programming language
➢ Ability to actively work on new fields and technologies
➢ Proactive communication and requirements gathering skills
➢ Lives in Japan (basic remote work, business trips to Tokyo head office several times a year)

➢ Mobile app development experience (i-OS or Android is acceptable)
➢ Experience in both toB and toC application development
