1. Frontend development experience (ReactJS, HTML, JavaScript) 2. Backend development experience (Golang) 3. Software design/implementation/test experience 4. Software architecture design experience (UML) 5. Logical thinking (any skills to visualize an issue and make it structured)

Description

• Requirements analysis (who will use what and how)
• Feature/Service design (how it works with platform/infrastructure)
• Design review (as a reviewer and a reviewer)
• Implementation and test
• Release (including release judgement process)
• Troubleshooting (On-Call duty)
• Operation (production operation)
• User support (if any inquiries about services/features)
