Procurement Manager - Global Apparel Company

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations in our retail department. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain management and a proven record in cost-effective procurement.

Description

• Coordinate contract implementation and local tasks with procurement, suppliers, and requestors.
• Promote global/regional contracts to local stakeholders.
• Support strategic sourcing and spot buys.
• Provide input on local spend and supplier market insights.
• Gather and clarify local requirements (budget, suppliers, delivery, etc.).
• Assist in local supplier qualification for industrial components or services.
• Resolve issues with purchase requests, specifications, and orders.
• Execute urgent spot buys and track PO delivery.
• Manage and monitor electronic catalogues and contracts.
• Lead service awareness, training, and act as a contact for procurement.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
