Position Details

As a director of game8.co, a site specializing in video game guides and walkthroughs for the English speaking community, you would be responsible for all operations related to game walkthrough content

game8.co is currently one of the most rapidly growing ventures within Game8 Inc., and this position is one where it is very easy to see results from your output.

Specifics

• Playing specific games and creating guide articles
• Data analysis related to game walkthroughs
• Data entry related to games
• Recording and editing of videos for game walkthroughs
• Analysis of numerical data on the site, and creating improvements
• Analysis of search keywords
• Application of SEO
• Operation of Social Media Accounts
• Team Management

Current Work System

We are implementing remote work. Generally, everyone combines working from home with one day of in-office work per week. The in-office day is intended to provide opportunities for building trust among team members (across all levels and positions), engaging in complex discussions and training, as well as developing new services and promoting projects—activities that generate value that can only be created in person.

For recruitment interviews, we are currently conducting them online (via web conference).
Note: This is based on the current situation. We will adapt flexibly, considering changes in external circumstances.

Salary Payment
   Annual Salary 2.5M～4.0M
   Monthly  213,500yen 〜 340,000yen

 Required　Skill

• Confidence in being highly skilled at playing games, and the ability to enjoy any type of game
• English: Native-level proficiency
• Japanese: Business-level or higher (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
• At least 3 years of work experience as a full-time employee
• Currently residing in Japan
• Possession of a visa allowing employment in Japan
• Access to an internet connection at home
• Strong writing skills
