Company Profile

• A global healthcare company established in Japan for over 20 years is seeking an Accounting Manager. The company has achieved double-digit year-over-year growth in recent years and continues to innovate new products to save lives.

The Role

• Oversee and analyze accounting data, generating financial reports or statements.
• Develop and implement appropriate accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Enhance systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and the Code of Ethics.
• Supervise two accounting staff members, assigning projects and guiding them to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Achieve financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactions.

Your Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
• CPA certification or Nissho Boki 2 certification.
• People management experience is essential.
• Experience working with a foreign-affiliated company is preferred.

Salary

• 10,000,000 yen - 15,000,000 yen
