【Senior Product Manager/No JP】 - World Class Technology!

★Job Responsibilities★

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work on PFM of each project with a sense of speed.

[Specific Responsibility]

• Understanding customer needs/definition of requirements
• Define interview items
• Determine priority of projects
• Planning original products (drawing a roadmap in the mid-to-long term)

[Short-term]

• Understand specifications of existing products
• Understand business team's requirements
• Create PRD/requirement definition
• Project promotion
• Planning/planning of product policy
• Preparation of internal reporting materials
• Customer interviews for product market fit verification

[Medium to long term]

• Creation of mid- to long-term product roadmap
• Present policies to the entire product development team and take the lead in product development
• Formulate a business plan for the product

★Required Skills★

・4+ years of experience driving product development as a product manager or project owner

・Experience in writing product specifications (PRDs) and product roadmaps that take into account market impact

・Experience in customer interviews and market research

・Strong leadership and logical communication skills, and experience in collaborating, coordinating, and partnering with multiple disciplines (engineers, designers, etc.) and stakeholders to ensure successful product development

・Ability to quickly adopt the latest AI technologies and industry trends and apply them to the business

・Ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis
