What You'll Do
• Major case
➢ Identify business strategies by consolidating information sources, conducting detailed analysis, and
translating into actionable insights
➢ Synthesize research findings and present to key project stakeholders
➢ Liaise with other teams in Indonesia, Singapore or other countries
• Minor case
➢ Support various management consulting projects by taking charge of distinct workstreams of the
project, which may involve market research, strategy development, and M&A
Qualifications Required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities with hypothesis-driven research skills
• Self-motivated & independent
• Proactive attitude to work
• Professional mindset with high sense of responsibility
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred:
• Consulting background / Market Research experience preferred
• Business level Japanese language proficiency (N2 and above) is highly advantageous
• Other language capability (business level) is an advantage
• Working experience in Japanese Company is an advantage
