Our client who is specialize in equipment for elemental analysis, thermal analysis, metallography, and mass spectrometry is looking for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven senior service engineer to join their growing company. The responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment and conducting operation training.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, customer training and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering or any related
- At least 3 years of experience in related field
- Electronic skills
- Knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
