Job Description: 

• Conducting market research and analysis to support business strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Preparing detailed reports and presentations in Japanese.

• Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

• Communicating effectively with clients and team members in Japanese.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese (speaking and writing) at JLPT N2 level or higher.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Open to fresh graduates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a consulting firm or similar environment.

• Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
