【 Job Description 】

〇As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks
・Stationed at major Japanese companies, etc., directly communicating with customers, planning development plans for outsourced development work, and compiling development requirements and specifications.
・Facilitated requirements definition and basic design work.
※After design, communicate specifications to the project team in Vietnam, manage project promotion, and connect to offshore development.
・Review and inspection of deliverables prior to client release, and handling of defects after release.

・Major beverage manufacturers, major telecommunications carriers, major automobile companies, major electric power companies, major insurance companies, major trust banks, major airlines, major consumer electronics manufacturers, etc.

【Allowances】
Commuting allowance: Up to 20,000 yen per month

  Fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month (from 80,000 yen) is included (excess hours will be paid separately).

【Required】
・5+ years of experience as a project manager.
・Experience in defining requirements and basic design, and experience in providing guidance.
・Familiarity with software quality control and experience in providing guidance.
・Familiarity with the industry and business knowledge of the client in charge.

【Preferred】
・Willingness to absorb new technologies and knowledge.
・Experience working on global projects and working with foreign companies and people.
・Experience related to offshore development.
・Project manager qualification holder, information processing qualification holder.
・High level of English proficiency.
