▼Organization Overview and Vision
The company's group boasts the world's top share of the wire harness (auto parts) market, with approximately 250,000 employees in 45 countries and regions around the world, and sales of approximately 2 trillion yen.
In the auto industry, which is undergoing a period of change, the AI and Digital Project (currently the AI and Digital Office) was established on June 1, 2019 to promote the Group's digital transformation, including the creation of new next-generation businesses and the shift to smart factories, by utilizing the Group's data and other assets and technologies, such as AI. Currently, more than 40 projects are underway.

▼Recruitment Background
In order to create unprecedented new business, they are actively recruiting professionals in various fields from outside, such as AI engineers and people with experience in business promotion in the mobility field. However, there is still a lack of human resources in response to the ever-expanding projects.

▼Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will be assigned to one of the following two projects dealing with AI and digital room table data and time series data.
You will be considered during the selection process, taking into account your own nucleus and suitability for the job.

【New Business_AI SaaS】
■Overview
You will be responsible for developing complex and innovative AI models that meet business needs by utilizing deep learning and machine learning technologies for AI SaaS products under development in the AI & Digital Department.
*Overview of AI SaaS Products
A new safe driving support service based on AI driving diagnosis scoring. Based on the company's proprietary digital tachograph data (mobility data), the service analyzes more than 2,000 cases of dangerous driving behavior with an overwhelming number of features, and by linking driving data with accident data, it is a driving risk diagnosis service that can identify truly dangerous situations in advance.

■Details
You will be responsible for leading the development of the following functions, as well as managing development members and vendors.

◎Calculation of operation score by AI
・Functionality: AI calculates operational risk as a numerical value.

◎Detection of Driving Risk Scenes
・Functionality: Detect and display on a map the driving scenes that had a negative impact on the driving score.
・Enable to instruct drivers about risky behavior.

◎Create consulting reports for clients︓ Enabling function
・Enabling function ︓Prepare periodic reports to clients to analyze and explain the overall operation of the company.
