【 Job Description 】

◆Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building applications and promoting the introduction of cloud services for the purpose of maximizing revenue and improving operational efficiency in contact center business divisions.
You will be able to handle a wide range of tasks, from the development and introduction of new business applications for internal departments, to the consideration of modification and renewal, to operation. Although your main duties will be in the application area, you will be responsible for taking the initiative in planning, proposing, and executing solutions that meet the needs of each department and area within the company.
While listening to changing issues and requests, we build applications and introduce cloud services from a position closest to the users, so you can feel the feedback from the systems you have worked on in real time.

・Business application development, maintenance, operation, and internal IT support
・Introduction of new cloud services
・Survey of issues and needs for IT and efficiency improvement, proposal of solutions, planning, and implementation support

■Required
1+ years of experience in PHP development and basic DB (SQL) operation
