JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Technology Consultant, you will support Japanese companies in implementing IT solutions for their European offices and business investments. Specifically, we will perform the following tasks

- IT strategy development: develop IT strategies aligned with the client's business objectives.

- System implementation support: We assist in the selection, implementation, and customization of new systems.

- Support from requirements definition to post-implementation (SAP, Success Factor, MS Dynamics, Concur, Ariba, Coupa, GenAI, RPA, etc.) while addressing European-specific requirements such as GDPR, e-Invoicing, taxation, etc.

- Project Management: Manage the progress of the system implementation project and be responsible for schedule and budget management.

- Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain the system after implementation, and respond to problems and propose improvements when they occur.

- Digital Transformation Support: Promote client's digitalization and propose business improvement by utilizing the latest technology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

[Required Requirements] *Must meet all of the following requirements.

- Business Administration or IT degree or equivalent experience.

- At least 5 years of experience with SAP (FI, SD, MM, etc.)

- Business level English (German is a plus)

- Interested in IT technology trends and willing to actively and proactively adopt them.

- Persistence and the ability to follow through to the end.

- Those who can work autonomously rather than waiting for instructions, such as asking for instructions with their own ideas.
