Responsibilities:

• Perform local procurement tasks and support project needs
• Resolve supply-related issues to meet local plant and project goals
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure timely customer care and early procurement involvement
• Contribute to and implement commodity strategies for cost-efficient material supply
• Prepare and conduct negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions
• Lead and manage project-specific contracts for logistics and wind farm construction
• Support supplier management processes and update evaluation systems
• Generate, document, and implement savings, and monitor relevant KPIs
• Own assigned projects and act with accountability for stakeholder requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (scientific domain is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience in quality engineering and material planning is a plus
• Understanding of metal processing, mechanicals, or electricals is ideal
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
