The Role

• Act as a bridge between technology and business by turning data into actionable insights, designing user-friendly models, scoring systems, and visualizations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and solve real-world problems, helping clients find the best technical and business solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new features, improve existing products, and share best practices.
• Test solutions with investigator teams to ensure they meet client needs and refine them for maximum impact.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and developers, helping end users adopt and use new solutions effectively.

Your Skills

• Fluent in Japanese-- you will be working directly with customers, so 敬語 / formal language will be needed.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and seek support when needed.
• Strong skills in business analysis and managing requirements.
• A natural problem solver who asks the right questions to uncover key insights.
• Excellent at working with teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, analytical, and driven to connect technology with business goals to create value.
