Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager with expertise in USGAAP Reporting. This individual will oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner, in alignment with USGAAP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, direct, and manage the accounting team's activities, including accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, revenue and expenditure variance analyses, etc.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met and reports are accurate, in compliance with USGAAP and other necessary accounting regulations.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits, liaising with external auditors when required.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, providing necessary financial insights for management decision-making.
• Assist with tax preparation or other regulatory filings as required.
• Ensure the financial system and records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or CPA certification will be advantageous.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the USGAAP and other financial regulations.
• Strong skills in math, financial software, databases, and report writing.
• Strong management skills with a capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of economic and banking processes.
