Assignment
This is Export airfreight operation. 
Main task is that you need to communicate and coordinate shipping with local customers and vendors in Japanese and to communicate with DSV overseas in English.  

1. Communication with local customers and vendors, and DSV overseas
2. Updating CW1 systems, input and output shipping data 
3. Reporting and consulting with co-workers and your boss and giving feedback to related parties
4. Updating Revenues and Direct costs in CW1 systems
5. Considering job efficiency, and improve own productivity

Probation period：6 months　※No salary reduction during probation period

Compensation
Assumed Annual Salary 
Assumed Annual Salary：4,500,000 ~ 5,500,000 JPY
（e.g. Assumed Annual Salary：5,000,000 JPY 　Monthly Salary：416,678 JPY　
【Monthly Basic Salary:  323,170 JPY＋Fixed overtime Allowance：93,508 JPY（Fixed overtime allowance for 35 hours）】　
Salary Review（April / Annually ） 
Bonus（April / Annually）※Special Bonuses may be paid depending on company's achievement.

Benefits

• Fixed overtime allowance: "Fixed overtime allowance" will be paid individually as overtime work for 35 hours. If you work overtime for more than the time of 35 hours, an extra overtime allowance will be paid separately.

Experience / Ability & Skill

1. Knowledge and skill about freight forwarding and warehousing 
2. Comply with local laws and regulations, and DSV group compliance 
3. Relationship between customers and business partners  
4. Strong will and excellent communication skills 
5. Working cooperatively with colleagues as a tem member
