Account Manager - Semiconductor Testing Equipment

As an Account Manager in semiconductor inspection and metrology division, you will be responsible for managing client accounts in Japan. Your responsibilities will include working closely with customers to address their technical concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.

Description

• Address and understand customers' technical requirements and challenges to tangible solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop most efficient solutions.
• Generate and oversee customer adoption strategies for new solutions.

• Experience in the semiconductor processing industry with a Sales or FAE role.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor processing technology acquired either through official education or hands-on work experience.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and responsibility.

Language Proficiency:

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Business level.
