PR/158186 | Assistant Service Manager (Air Compressor)

Our client is the leading Japanese manufacturer of compressor, they are now seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager (Air Compressor) to oversee their after-sales operations in KL branch office. The ideal candidate that we are looking must have a strong background in machinery sales and service, particularly in air compressor systems. 

Location to work: Shah Alam, Selangor 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all after-sales operations, ensuring efficient service delivery 

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their daily activities 

• Execute the company strategic, direction for after-sales services, achieving KPI related to sales, profit and customer care 

• Maintain strong relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly 

• Collaborate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely parts and service supports 

• Evaluate and monitor the performance of engineers, providing feedback and opportunities for improvement 

• Continuously seek to enhance the working environment and operational process 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in industries providing machinery sales and service 

• Strong management skills, with experience leading technical teams

• Excellent management skills, with experience leading technical teams 

• Understanding of technology and applications in after-sales service 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Malay and English
