This role requires an individual capable of leading a team, with a focus on developing analyses, proposed business processes, including workflows, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Job Responsibilities
 

• Team up with project managers, developers, and designers to make sure requirements are met.

• Define and gather clear requirements for future reports and user interface improvements. 

• Improve business processes by identifying and suggesting better ways to do things. 

• Test and validate new solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Provide support and training after implementation.

Job Requirements
 

• Must have strong project management and process improvement skills. 

• Experience testing and mapping business processes using tools like Visio and JIRA.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
