A retail multinational company is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to manage multiple outlets in the Southern Region of Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

• Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel frequently within the Southern Region of Malaysia.

• Proven experience in managing multiple retail outlets or in a similar managerial role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Ability to analyse sales reports and financial data.
