PR/158237 | ENGINEERING MANAGER (PLATING PROCESS DEPARTMENT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of plating engineering section and process.

• To manage plating production team and lead process team to design plating-related processes as well as drive process improvement and optimization initiatives.

• To oversee management and routine maintenance of plating equipment.

• To develop solutions of plating process in accordance with customers’ requirement as well as perform root cause analysis for issues identified during production.

• To participate in customer audit, follow up audit findings and provide relevant corrective actions for plating-related components.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

• Experienced in Plating Engineering and Process Management in Manufacturing industry

• Strong technical knowledge and able to provide technical solutions on plating process based on customers’ requirements.
