Company and Job Overview
We are a US Electronics manufacturing company providing high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions to various industries such as Automotive, Broadband Communications, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, IT, and Mobile Networks. Join us as a Product Engineer and be a part of our customer focused organization!
Job Responsibilities
- Review product drawings and product tolerancing to ensure product performance requirements are met.
- Collect, record and analyze data
- Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
- Advise on corrective actions
- Work with manufacturing engineers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
- Ensure projects are completed on time.
- Ensure designs are cost effective.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in 3D modeling using Solidworks/Creo.
- General understanding of drawing standards such as ASME Y14.5
- General understanding of Telcordia Standards
- General understanding of GD&T
- Basic understanding of electrical connectors and SI understanding
- Knowledge of copper alloys (Stamping) and high-performance engineering thermoplastics (Molding) would be a plus.
