ABOUT THE JOB

You will play a crucial role as a Pre-Sales Engineer, providing technical support, designing product solutions, and interacting with clients

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for various company products, specializing in WAN & LAN networking and CCTV solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Develop competitive technical solutions based on client requirements.

• Prepare technical proposals and presentations for clients, including heatmaps and bills of materials

• Understand and identify client requirements.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure solutions align with client needs.

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and proof of concepts (POCs) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience 

• Bachelor degree in IT or any related field

• Proficiency in WAN & LAN networking products 

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
