JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the handling of B2B sales inquiries, ensuring quality communication and service delivery.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with partners through personalized engagement.
- Lead and coach the team to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Ensure accuracy in team bookings and adherence to company standards.
- Manage internal communications and coordinate booking processes.
- Continuously improve business results by setting clear goals and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Tourism or Hospitality (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the tourism industry, have knowledge of travel in Japan
- Fluent in English (Japanese and other languages are an advantage).
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Good leadership skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn a new system
