JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Experience: Prior MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry; Global MNC experience preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills; strategic and proactive thinking.
- Knowledge: Understanding of clinical trial processes and relevant therapeutic areas.
- Attributes: Hardworking, honest, sensible, logical thinking
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Scientific Support and Education
- Provide scientific and medical information to support sales and marketing.
- Develop and deliver training materials on clinical data and product information.
- Reply complex medical inquiries from partners, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
- Ensure promotional materials comply with regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report adverse events and product complaints.
- Review and approve marketing materials for scientific accuracy.
- Collaborate with Account Manager to integrate medical insights into business strategies.
- Participate in strategic meetings to provide medical and scientific perspectives.
- Stay updated on clinical research and developments.
- Provide insights on emerging trends and treatments.
- Build relationships with medical experts, healthcare professionals, and academic centers.
- Represent the company at medical conferences and events.
- Ready to go on a business trip as assigned by superior
- Work with internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, R&D, Marketing) to ensure cohesive medical and scientific operations.
