Position: Quality Manager

Reporting to: GM and Japanese adviser

Team: 2 members

Job purpose:

As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management processes within their manufacturing operations. This position will involve ensuring the highest quality standards for automotive and motorcycle parts, with a specific focus on exhaust systems, sheet metal parts, and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze the causes of quality defects in products and report corrective actions.

• Negotiate responsibility for quality issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

• Manage quality control for mass-produced automotive parts.

• Lead quality defect prevention activities for both automobile and motorcycle manufacturers.

• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.

• Collaborate closely with the Japanese advisers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Over 15 years of experience in quality management, with a strong background working with Japanese OEMs.

Technical Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of Exhaust systems and sheet metal parts.

• Expertise in welding, plating, and painting processes.

• Strong knowledge of QC documentation preparation and certification processes.
