PR/094410 | Senior Executive, Culture and Engagement

We are working with our client, an established local tech firm, who are seeking a People & Culture Executive to join the team in enhancing the company culture and increasing employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside HR Leadership to ensure employees are well-adjusted, motivated, and have a sense of belonging

• Assist in the design and implementation of programs that will promote company culture and values

• Enhance employee engagement and conduct post-assessment analysis to provide insights

• Monitor employee engagement metrics and conduct regular reporting

• Assist in developing and executing engagement initiatives and programs

• Assist in designing onboarding process that introduces new hires to company culture and values

• Engage in talent retention strategies and reduce turnover

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM or HCM preferred

• 2 years of working experience in an Organisational Development or Employee Engagement role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to analyse data and translate findings
