Jr. Engineer Design-Plumbing

Job Location: - Delhi

a) Should have experience in Designing of Plumbing, Firefighting, Industrial Piping works, Preparation for technical specification & designing with calculations of following.

a) water supply Hydropneumatics system,

b) Pump room layout,

c) Water supply system, R.O. system

d) Plumbing and sanitary,

e) Internal sewage & drainage system,

f) STP, External sewage & drainage, Irrigation water supply & flushing water supply system.

Should have in depth knowledge of NBC 2016 & IS codes.

Fire protection system as pump room, sprinkler system, Internal & External hydrants, Internal & External piping of firefighting & plumbing etc and check the drawings as per client discussion, site conditions and standards.

Should have working knowledge of designing of industrial projects mechanical system such Compressed air system, Fuel supply system, Industrial Gas supply & storage system.

Job Details

Should have basic knowledge of tender preparation, Estimation of Mech works.

Basic Knowledge of AUTOCAD, BIM.

Preparation of weekly progress report relating to the design

Interaction with client & architect with related projects

Having coordination with other services (as HVAC & electrical) and the client and site of the progress of the project & Quality of the job.

Providing technical detail for preparation of construction drawings for the site team.

Should have knowledge of Airconditioning & ventilation system, clean room etc.

Should have experience in Plumbing & firefighting Design Consultancy Firm for industrial projects at least for 6-10 years.

Person should have capacity to estimate the project & should able to prepare the tender document.

Preferable B. Tech or B.E or Diploma in Mechanical field
