Our Client:

Global company focusing on telecommunications, automotive, energy, and medical sectors. It produces essential products like optical fibers, power cables, and wiring harnesses, supporting high-speed communication, energy transmission, and modern vehicle systems. The company also manufactures medical devices and diagnostic equipment, contributing to healthcare advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the seamless operation of day-to-day activities within our group companies, this is a regional role that covers Singapore, other Southeast Asia countries and greater China region

• Support the implementation of initiatives that align with headquarters' strategic direction.

• Uphold IT governance and ensure compliance with IT policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, software, and network systems.

• Plan, design, and implement application systems and IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or organization.
• Chinese-speaker to support end users in other Asia region including China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and wireless networking.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with applications, software, and hardware.
• Familiarity with general operating systems, office software, and applications.
• Understanding of database and network security systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems.
• Good understanding of electronic information security.
• Experience with J-SOX or a similar framework is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
