Job Summary: The O&M Manager will oversee the operations and maintenance of solar rooftop installations. This role involves managing the performance, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting of solar systems to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monitoring of solar rooftop systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, and coordinate with technicians for regular maintenance and repairs.

• Analyze system performance data to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.

• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely availability for maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry regulations is essential.

• Familiarity with solar monitoring software and maintenance tools.
