Job Title: Japanese Speaking Interpreter – Production Department 

Location: Ladkrabang, Bangkok 

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday -Friday (8.00 am – 5.00 pm.) 

Position Overview: As a Japanese Speaking Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between our Japanese and local staff within the Production department. Your linguistic skills and cultural understanding will help bridge the language gap and enhance collaboration. This role requires proficiency in Japanese and English, along with experience in the automotive or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interpretation and translation services between Japanese and Thai for meetings, discussions, and daily operations within the Production department.

• Assist Japanese expats and local staff in understanding technical terms, production processes, and operational instructions.

• Facilitate clear communication during production meetings, training sessions, and quality control discussions.

• Support the preparation of bilingual documents, reports, and presentations.

• Act as a cultural liaison to ensure smooth collaboration between Japanese and local teams.

• Assist with any ad-hoc interpretation needs in the Production department as required.

Qualifications:

• JLPT N2 proficiency in Japanese.

• Good command of English (both spoken and written).

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
