Position: Power Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review and provide recommendations on the daily operating report to ensure accuracy and completeness, so that other departments can utilize it effectively.

• Provide advice and recommendations to other departments to ensure that production scheduling, maintenance, fuel procurement, and equipment upgrades are carried out comprehensively.

• Monitor operating goals and prioritize maintenance tasks to prevent any impact on production.

• Inspect and report any deviations from the planned operations, including abnormal situations and emergencies, to ensure that supervisors and relevant departments are promptly and accurately informed.

• Oversee, review, and evaluate the performance monitoring reports and identify opportunities for plant improvement.

• Control and provide guidance on root cause analysis, performance testing, and follow up on actions to resolve issues and assess losses within the plant.

• Propose safety, stability, and efficiency improvement projects, reduce costs, and review feasibility studies and budget documents for approval.

• Ensure responsibility for environmental and safety concerns in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.

• 7 years’ experience in Maintenance Power Plant 

• Have a leadership skill.
